Different products may have unique shipping and handling procedures. If specific procedures are designated, please follow those. Otherwise, the general Shipping Policy stated on this page applies. For products listed in merchant centers, our shipping policies also comply with the relevant center's specific rules.
1. Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as your order is processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and promotions are subject to change. The most current shipping rates and any available offers will be shown at checkout. Additional shipping and delivery details may be available on the product or checkout pages.
Unless otherwise specified, the typical delivery timeframe is 7–15 days.
Delays may occasionally occur due to natural disasters, global disruptions, or pandemics.
3. Shipping Rate
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
If the total weight of your order exceeds 70 lb or the quantity exceeds 20 units, please contact us at HairLabs@usa.com before placing your order.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as tracking information is available, it will be added to your order and emailed to you. You’ll be able to track your delivery at each step of the process.

Our team follows strict health and hygiene protocols including social distancing, hand washing, and equipment sanitization.
Due to enhanced security measures and international logistics challenges, some deliveries may experience delays. We appreciate your patience and assure you that your parcel will arrive safely.
5. Order Modification Policy
Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to the order details.
If modifications are needed (e.g., delivery address), you may cancel the order if it has not yet shipped and place a new one with the correct details.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
TryHairLabs.com is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping (including import duties, tariffs, or taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or taxes, or is returned to sender, we will refund the product cost but retain the original shipping charges.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at HairLabs@usa.com with photographs of the damaged item(s). We’ll assist with next steps.
